We kept on coming back to Hendricks Honda because they listen to customers need. I've been shopping with other dealerships but Honda Hendricks personnel are the easiest people to deal with. They are so helpful and friendly. I told them this is the car that I need and they over deliver it! I need White Honda CRV AWD 2015 but I got White Honda CRV AWD 2016 at the same price I offered! Isn't that so great? Incomparable! What I just don't like is buying a car really a time consuming because 6 hours & more are too much of waiting! More

Within 24 hours, Moises and Tarique worked their magic to find me one of the only two metallic sapphire Honda Pilot EX-L w/ Sensing in the National Capital Region. Where's the car? We had an appointment to look at a used Acura MDX at 7:45pm with Mr. Moises Urcuyo. This started with a chat on their web site and then a call from him at 6pm to confirm the car was available and the time. He followed up at 6:17pm with an email. When we pulled up at 7:45 an MDX looking just like the one we came to see pulled away from in front of the dealership. We entered and asked to see Mr. Moises Urcuyo . He was paged and called back- saying the car was sold. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. He had my cell # and email. Plus, in my experience it takes more than an hour to close a deal and get the car ready to leave the lot. This deal was under way at 6pm. My first experience was so bad I will never return. More

The dealership was extremely busy, but he made sure we were well taken care of and that the paperwork went quickly. He was respectful of our time and our comfort during the sale. Mr. Urcuyo also assisted us and oriented us to the new vehicle. He went out of his way to accommodate us in so many ways. Mr. Mathias also deserves recognition for his outgoing, friendly personality and professionalism, even though we did not do any of the financing or warranties. I do not enjoy the car-buying process, but these gentlemen made it a pleasure. We live outside of the area and actually have Pohanka Honda within a couple miles of our home, but Hendricks has definitely earned our future business! More
