I was told that they needed 24 to 48 hours to look into my car. They kept it longer never updated me unless I reached out. When I picked up the car, they hadn’t even looked at it. Can’t really say anything bad however can’t say that there was anything outstanding. Came in for basic maintenance and a recall. Your multi-point inspection is lacking ie. brake pad life, dimension or % there was anything outstanding. Came in for basic maintenance and a recall. Your multi-point inspection is lacking ie. brake pad life, dimension or % of wear, tire tread depth. I’ve always received a more comprehensive report from previous dealers where my Ram was always serviced. Not saying I will not return but really have nothing to justify a recommendation. I will offer that the service writer was professional and personable! More
