Feel scammed as I was told I was buying a “reliable car”…that has since gone back for repairs/replacements at least 3 times within the first 4 months after purchase. Was a pleasure working with all of the associates at Schaumburg Zeigler. Everyone was very friendly. We especially liked Marco - was very genuine and nice to work with. Removing a star because I was less impressed with service provided by the body shop my car was sent too. When I got my car back, the passenger seat was covered in dust/dirt. Truly looked like someone had gone mudding and then got in the car. The netted pocket on the passenger door was also stretched out and has not returned to its original shape. When I pointed the mess out to the Schaumburg Ziegler, they did have the car cleaned up - which was greatly appreciated. Back to the body shop - I had my hinges repaired which resulted in the entire door being clear coated. However, the body shop left a handful of tiny rust spots that could have been easily polished out before sealing them in. If I would have known they were going to do this, I would have spent the 5 minutes polishing them out myself. Overall, writing this review to point out the lack of attention to detail of the body shop in contrast to the excellent service provided by Zeigler. More
