From having a horrible experience with a small business mechanic (not Honda, hence the Five Stars), who failed three times to diagnose my 2011 Honda Pilot, Germain Honda of Naples Service Representative An mechanic (not Honda, hence the Five Stars), who failed three times to diagnose my 2011 Honda Pilot, Germain Honda of Naples Service Representative Anahi took meticulous notes and went out of her way several times for me as well as Adrian the service manager. Thank you! Thank you to Tech Eric for providing a very helpful, truthful diagnostic, completely factual and unbiased. Honda refused to repair my car due to not knowing what was done by the prior mechanic. *DISCLAIMER - Germain Honda Naples Florida or Honda in general nor any staff member employed here, in no way discredited or blamed other businesses and simply stated facts from their thorough, professional diagnostic. They made it clear they have to follow specific legal guidelines in which they did. Respect. After finding this news out I was standing outside when approached by Molly who I had no idea she was in sales. I always had a skeptical attitude toward car sales people. Molly presented with such a calmness I didn't even know she was looking to sell. It is because she wasn't trying to sell me a car. Molly was professionally, and genuinely getting to know me, my story, and my specific needs which created a positive vibe for the sales experience. She spent hours with me and I felt very at peace with her energy and admired her professionalism, customer service, job knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. No pun. I highly recommend anyone to go to Germain Honda of Naples and see Molly in sales if you need a car or if you just need any level of assistance, "just looking", or "seriously looking", or just not sure. She is a seasoned expert and completely focused on my specific needs. She will meet you right where you are no matter what. Molly will help you get s car that is good for you based on what you tell her. She didn't try to pressure me at all. Rodrigo, the Sales Manager that was involved with Molly and me also deserves highest commendations! He was readily available when needed and extremely professional, always with a genuine smile and a good hand shake. This good man and the General Manager, James, met with me immediately for some minor fixes I had questions about. Thank you gents. The entire Honda Team is more than exceptional and I am very happy. Being a Navy Corpsman for 14 years I naturally see the genuine respect and aspiration to help their customers. They genuinely desire to help people find the right car and deal. Felt like friends honestly. By the time I was exhausted and ready to get out of there, Angel, a Finance/Businessman- ager, was very patient with my scattered brain. He explained things thoroughly but also explained things again, and sometimes again, and I want him to know I appreciate him too. He even explained things again when I had to fill out some more paperwork! This man knows his finances and will explain patiently and with respect until you get it, or not. Thank you Angel. Audrey, another Finance/Business Manager, came to help out to continue the process. She too, was the epitome of probity with her honesty and authentic advice regarding what service packages to get, if any, and she provided fortnight information regarding costs. Thank you Audrey! I cannot forget my buddy John! This gentlemen and fellow veteran has an amazing energy and loves people. I really enjoyed his complimentary shuttle services and stories in my time of need without a car. Highly recommend this "nice New Yorker", (he will get it). Ask him about New York people vs people here. xxxxxxto you my friend! Keep doing your thing! Ended up getting a CRV. I can't stress enough how satisfied I am with the entire Germain Honda of Naples experience and staff. From General Manager, service, shuttle, sales, management, and financial, Bravo Zulu to James, Anahia, Eric, Adrian, Audrey, Molly, Rodrigo, Angel, and John! Also, the very friendly and helpful ladies at the front. Very welcoming environment! More

***** HAPPY CUSTOMER ***** I have not bought a car since 2017. Molly greeted me in the parking lot while I was waiting for service on my car. Just so happened, I really needed a car. I had no idea she was going to talk about cars because her sincerity and personality, I just felt like she wanted to chat which works becauseit'sauthentic. In other words, she wasn't rushing to the next sale, she was naturally being herself and getting to know me which completely broke the non-existent ice because she so calm and puts out very positive energy! There was no ice to break! Hey, she sold me a car! She was honest. If she didn't have the answer, she involved her management which displayed a humble and professional person. Molly, you were the backbone in this experience and I highly recommend you to anyone. Got a bonus in reduced anxiety instead of increased anxiety at a dealership.
