John was a fantastic help made the process easy and fast with no confusion, He helped me to get out of my car and into the car I was interested in with out any hiccups or confusion, The rest of the staff that I dealt with was as good as John and management. Needless to say this dealership certainly does not fall into typical dealership stereotypes.
