Town and Country Jeep provided the worst customer service experience from service to sales. I have been a loyal customer of Town and Country for years. Problems began when the service manager Jim had been bi experience from service to sales. I have been a loyal customer of Town and Country for years. Problems began when the service manager Jim had been billing for repairs that were never completed. My vehicle returned to the service department 4 times for the same repair and the vehicle was down for multiple months. The operations manager apologized, offered free oil changes and requested that we give them another chance. Everything was blamed on the service manager who was fired. Unfortunately, I tried to give them another shot buying a used car from them. They took my $10,000 down payment and were unable to deliver the car. Each manager passes a problem case to someone new. I finally, six days later, went to the dealership to get my money back. I will never return to this dealership and advise everyone to look elsewhere for service and sales. More
