Horrible customer service I went to Gunn Honda for a few recalls on my Honda Pilot 2012. I am having vcm issues and my truck is misfiring above 30 mph and consuming oil at a hi I went to Gunn Honda for a few recalls on my Honda Pilot 2012. I am having vcm issues and my truck is misfiring above 30 mph and consuming oil at a high rate. I asked for the software update to resolve the vcm issues and oil consumption. I asked for a diagnostic and an oil consumption test as well. I was never given the diagnostic test and was told there is no software update for my vehicle. I know this is a lie, on the Honda service bulletin there is a software update, because Honda was sued and lost the case over this vary issue. This issue destroys your engine. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any Honda dealership. I was mocked and left the dealership with tons of cosmetic damage done to my vehicle that wasn't there prior to this visit. Never again will I go to this dealership. If you have any recalls on your Honda, please stay away from this dealership. They will mock you and destroy your vehicle . More

Friendly and efficient I asked for a quote online on a new CRV after receiving an e-mail with the 1.9% loan interest and I was directed to an agent at Gunn Honda. After tal I asked for a quote online on a new CRV after receiving an e-mail with the 1.9% loan interest and I was directed to an agent at Gunn Honda. After talking to her she and I decided for me to bring my 2013 CRV in for a trade in quote even after I decided I could not afford a 2019 CRV she told me she had a new 2018 one that was red (my color choice) . After going in and viewing the 2018 which was a great deal, I noticed another red pre owned CRV which was somewhat less and decided to get that one, a 2016 CRV SE. with 21500 miles. I liked the certified program. My 2013 was a CRV EX. In any event, I was there 4 hours and did not wait very long between visits with the agent, Kelly Linley, and the finance manager, Philip Kotrola who obtained a low rate, not the 1.9%, though. Kelly brought me bottled water. I could have bought the car that day, but I wanted to think about it for 24 hours, transfer money from my savings to checking so I could put down $1000 more dollars to reduce my payments. I am 82 and this will be my last car. I have bought only Honda’s for the last 28 years and have always liked them. I drove my 2003 CRV 170000 miles and serviced it at Gunn Honda. I went in two days later and bought the car. More

Consistency through 16 years 3 different service leaders, 2 different departments, all one in high quality service and assistance. While Gunn Honda has become somewhat a victim of 3 different service leaders, 2 different departments, all one in high quality service and assistance. While Gunn Honda has become somewhat a victim of their own success (always so busy appts. sometimes must be set a wk. or more in advance) the work gets done. Shuttle service, coffee and donuts of multiple types, and consistency of quality. BTW, Our Odyssey is set to celebrate 200,000 miles thanks to these folks. 42 states down, 8 to go. Go Gunn Honda! More

Consistently great experiences I have a 12 year old Civic. It's been awhile since I've had my car serviced by Gunn Honda, but I'm always reminded of why I bring it back. The people are professional, kind, trustworthy and the service is consistent. They always try to work with me and the money I am willing to spend by prioritizing certain services and fixes. They are also pretty quick for the volume of cars they get in. A great experience overall! More
