Monsuer was excellent. Explained everything through the whole sales process. Answered all questions that I had. The pickup of the vehicle was long and arduous. Monsuer completed his portion of my all cash sale in about 20 minutes. But it took another hour and a half to see finance manager and get registration person to complete purchase. I would definitely recommend Monsuer to family and friends. Completely satisfied. More
