EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR THE 2ND TIME! !!🔥We recently had another excellent experience at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing and once again, Monty made the entire trade-in process smooth, stres !!🔥We recently had another excellent experience at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing and once again, Monty made the entire trade-in process smooth, stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. This was already our second transaction with him and that alone says a lot about the level of trust and confidence we have in his service. From the moment we walked in, Monty treated us with professionalism, patience and genuine care. Trading in a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially after dealing with past vehicle issues, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. He never pressured us and truly worked hard to help us find the best option for our needs and budget. What stood out the most was his honesty, transparency and outstanding customer service. Monty went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled properly and he kept communication open the entire time. He answered all of our questions, helped us understand the trade-in value and made the paperwork process incredibly easy. The entire team at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing was welcoming and professional “Shout out to Sam”, but Monty truly deserves special recognition. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of customer care and dedication. Because of our experience with him, we would absolutely return again in the future and highly recommend both Monty and Phillips Chevrolet of Lnsing to anyone looking to purchase or trade in a vehicle. Thank you again, Monty, for helping us with our second vehicle transaction and for making the experience another positive and memorable one! Hello to our new TRAILBLAZER RS 🔥🔥 More
