It's a short and very beautiful drive from the Huntsville area. It all started a week ago on Friday, February 16th when my car broke down in neighboring Albertville. I managed to make it to the Chevy place in Guntersville. Before I got to the door Tony met me and asked if he could help in any way. He led me directly to a service representative, who began to help me. He immediately got the car in to run a diagnostic on the engine. Unfortunately our car (with loads of mileage on it) was pretty much dead, and a few days later I learned it would be thousands of dollars to replace the engine. The service representative arranged towing for me back to a Kia dealer in Decatur. The Kia dealer also confirmed with another diagnostic that the engine needed to be replaced. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Tony Stovall and all the folks at Guntersville Chevrolet that we went back a week later and purchased a vehicle. It was a great experience working with Tony and the people there. I highly recommend that when you are in the market for your next vehicle, you visit Tony Stovall and the folks at Guntersville Chevrolet in Guntersville, Alabama. You won't regret it! More
