The buying process was easy. However, our new car had damage before it arrived on the lot which means it ended up going to the body shop for repairs. Almost a month later and I s However, our new car had damage before it arrived on the lot which means it ended up going to the body shop for repairs. Almost a month later and I still don’t have my new car yet. When asking for updates, our salesman Dylan Boseman ended up completely ghosting me and never would respond. After about 4 days of no response, I finally called the dealership and got in touch with the general manager Bruce Moss. He has been so much help. He got all the parts expedited and has been in contact with me and my husband constantly letting us know any and every update. If we do business with them again, we will be going with Bruce Moss for our buying process. More
