This dealership by far is the worst and most deceptive dealership I have dealt with in my 72 years............. They added on all these extra fees almost $10K without ever disclosing them to me. They have you sign and initial everything on a tablet which is hard to read and you cannot see everything as on a paper contract. I drove 225 miles to get this car and they kept me there 5-1/2 hours as I told them i didn't want to drive back home in the dark.... got home after 9:30 at night and read everything Sebastian Gonzales the finance manger added onto the contract which none was on the price sticker on the car!!! For a week straight I tried to call at least 20 plus times and left severall messages for all of them. Sebastian, George Lopez the sales manager or the general manager"Moose" Pohyar. I even called Lithia Corp in Oregon and left 3 messages there,!!!! NOT A SINGLE RETURN PHONE CALL TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! They also overcharge the doc fee which in California is $85 max, they charged me $850 - RIP OFF AGAIN! BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WHITH THEM!!! Now i have to go the legal route to try and get my noney back!!! More

I purchased a car from Lithia Hyundai of Fresno recently and I had received an email from one of the sales managers that goes by the name "Moose" offering me 3 years of Free oil changes with the purchase of and I had received an email from one of the sales managers that goes by the name "Moose" offering me 3 years of Free oil changes with the purchase of any vehicle on the lot. Of course I responded to his email saying yes I would live free oil changes but it's been over a month of emailing him and also trying to call the dealership on several occasions to speak to him or anyone else that could help me with this. He has not responded to any of my emails and when I call im told he's with a customer. I've asked to speak with his manager or someone over him & im told that someone will return my call but no one ever does. Moose should honor his offer he made to me or he should not be sending offers like this if he never has any intentions on honoring what he is offering to customers. What a man of his words. With all the awards they seem to have received for Best Customer Service to me they are fake and nothing but a joke. How said that they feel they have to lie to get customers in to buy their cars. If I knew this was how they carried themselves and how the lie and make fake offers I would of never bought a car from them. More

My son bought a used 2015 Suburu Imprezza yesterday, drove it to work and last night on his way home the front drivers side wheel came off and blazed down the freeway at 65 MPH he could have died as wel drove it to work and last night on his way home the front drivers side wheel came off and blazed down the freeway at 65 MPH he could have died as well as anyone in his path or the runaway tire. Unless you have a death wish stay away from this place! I feel a law suit comin' on! More

Be aware of the $3000 add on. After signing the contract we needed to pick up the car next morning with cash and left a check as a deposit.
