Bought a 2018 Q4, granted it had nearly 100k miles but within a week it was leaking oil. Took it in for service and after 2 days without a vehicle it was determined the upper timing cover was leaking at within a week it was leaking oil. Took it in for service and after 2 days without a vehicle it was determined the upper timing cover was leaking at the crank seal. The cost of the repair was assumed by the service dept as you would assume as a customer that just purchased a car that is inoperable. Was told the repair would take 2 to 3 business days. Never once heard from ALEC after many attempts to contact him. The service dept said that they would not be able to loan a vehicle due to them all being out on loan. Given the circumstance and the fact that Audi is assumed to be a high end dealer with high end service….no solution was even attempted. Two days pass….no communication until I reach out. Three days pass…no communication until I again reach out. On the 4th day…same deal. Excuse is that it’s just taking longer than expected. Continuously over promising and under delivering. On the 5th day with still no vehicle….service technician doesn’t show up to work. It’s only at this point that I was offered a loan vehicle. The vehicle repair is still not complete and we are 10 days out from the day I brought it in due to leaking oil. Very disappointed with the experience overall. Will not being doing business with Audi Wichita in the future. More

Audi and Audi Service handled the issue with my car better than expected. I had a problem that wasn’t noticed before the purchase, and was a safety issue.
