My best service experience at a dealer in many years. My service advisor, Morgan, gave me an honest assessment of what was needed, and what I could do myself, kept me informed, and when it looked like se My service advisor, Morgan, gave me an honest assessment of what was needed, and what I could do myself, kept me informed, and when it looked like service would take a while, got me a Lyft ride home. And most amazingly, my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Other dealers claim they will do, this, but always provide a reason why they didn't. Kia of Everett actually did it! More

All of my concerns and questions were answered and attended to very professionally by Morgan. He took the time to look back and recover information that allowed the repair to be under warranty.
