The issue was the Electronic Power Steering Gear Box Assembly. Throughout the time it took to diagnose and solve the problem, Amanda, Jordan, and Morgan kept us informed and up to date. Since the repair work itself was going to take 5 hours, they took the initiative to offer us a loaner.
