I have been working with Subaru and have owned them myself, I come from a small town in Vermont and love when everyone brings in their animals to visit. I have dogs and cats myself and truly enjoy the environment and personality everyone brings with them to Subaru when they come in.

The issue was the Electronic Power Steering Gear Box Assembly. Throughout the time it took to diagnose and solve the problem, Amanda, Jordan, and Morgan kept us informed and up to date. Disappointed in Subaru with the extended warranty Valve body.. and the way it was handled…Originally told it was covered up 150,000 miles but was denied because we recently moved to NH.. not sure why it ma body.. and the way it was handled…Originally told it was covered up 150,000 miles but was denied because we recently moved to NH.. not sure why it matters where you live when Subaru has identified this as a defective part…We’ve owned 3 Subaru’s in the past and not sure if Subaru is the right direction for the next purchase… More
