I have been working with Subaru and have owned them myself, I come from a small town in Vermont and love when everyone brings in their animals to visit. I have dogs and cats myself and truly enjoy the environment and personality everyone brings with them to Subaru when they come in.

Service manager spoke with customer several times and discussed transmission concern and due to age and mileage of vehicle, has an internal transmission shifting concern on the CVT transmission which is not repairable. Worked with customer and contacted Subaru of America on customer behalf and was able to get $1,000.00 of assistance towards repair and reviewed this with customer. Have called customer several times (and left messages) since this time and have not heard back from customer in regard to the repair offer from Subaru of America.
