Morris Gaines, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, courteous, and exceptionally professional. Coming from a service profession myself, I respect and acknowledge exceptional people in the field. Mr. Ga courteous, and exceptionally professional. Coming from a service profession myself, I respect and acknowledge exceptional people in the field. Mr. Gains made what could be an overwhelming experience, to one that was easy and painless. When first speaking with Mr. Gains I was looking for information and to see the availability of a Mercedes -- what was in stock. This information gathering turned shortly into an emergency to purchasing a car immediately. Mr. Gains and I discussed as to which model would be the best fit for us and the best choice to finance, lease, or purchase out-right. After the sale, I took possession and Mr. Gaines introduced me to all of the bells and whistles on the car; and he extended the same courtesy to my son when we got back into town later that day. I had explained to Mr. Gains that my son would be using the can until he would be able to purchase his car. Therefore, the car that died and pushed the purchase into an emergency was my son's car leaving him with no transportation in San Diego where he works and lives. Now, I will drive my little Smart car from Walter's, which I love, love, love, but as you are aware getting repairs is now proving an issue, but when the dust settles, I will get my Mercedes! Kudos to Walter's management for having quality people. More
