I have purchased vehicles from Horatio since 2002. He is the most dedicated considerate knowledgeable and kind salesperson I have ever met. There is nothing beneath him when it comes to customer servi He is the most dedicated considerate knowledgeable and kind salesperson I have ever met. There is nothing beneath him when it comes to customer service. He is an ambassador for the company and always remains professional while navigating the buyers needs and preferences along with the sellers, and manufacturer’s parameters. Going the extra mile for his customers is the normal course of business for him. It doesn’t matter if it’s detailing your vehicle in the extreme heat, crawling in and out of the trunk on a hot July day to thoroughly display a safety feature, picking you up and bringing you to the dealership, taking a sincere interest in you as a person- not only a buyer, whatever it is you will get his best. This is just scratching the surface of what a great person he is. I’ve not been disappointed by the service and professional of this dealership ever. Horatio, however is on a higher level.
