I purchased a 2017 HRV and maintained service to 100K miles without hesitation. He scheduled me with Morris who knew what I was looking for upon arrival at the dealership, discussed my options, and worked with me to drive off with exactly what I wanted. Joe followed up the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied and thrilled with my selection. I said I’d love to take this one for the price of the other one I originally planned and he said okay let me see what I can do. No overly upselling the more expensive models they had, not trying to convince us to pick them or their vehicles. One salesman needs training. I felt he was judging me. I asked about the Civic Si and he said it wasn’t available. I almost left the parking lot and drove back around.
