He was pleasant to talk to, easy to talk to and very honest with me about everything. Once I bought the car, I noticed a slight problem with the front brake rotor on the drivers side of the car. I bought a Lexus RX 350 2015 with 34K on it and and I'm sure it was just time to maybe have the brakes serviced. I called Moshe and he immediately said to bring it in and he would take care of it. I thought for sure he would cancel on me when I called back to book the appointment. He didn't and he had the brakes fixed under the warranty that he advertised. In a world where we are promised things that guarantee us something but then is never delivered on quite how it is sold to us, this was a breath of fresh air. Moshe is a man of his word and I appreciate how he handled that situation. I would highly recommend this dealership. Call Moshe. Dean was also extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to doing the financing. Everyone is warm, friendly, and professional. Great dealership that I will recommend to friends and family. More

Be sure to be very detailed when checking your car for imperfections: if you see something they will fix it for you; make the proper adjustment; or inform you how to get it done if it falls within your warranty. The service team is nice and friendly and it is a no frills operation and a straight forward car purchasing experience which I appreciate. The dealerships were incredible overbearing and overly communicative for me when looking for cars. More

Ben and Moshe both responded immediately to our email late on a Saturday afternoon, and we made an appointment to look at the car on Monday. There were 4 in the showroom and one was exactly what we had been looking for. Ben was very knowledgeable about the cars and he answered all our questions. He kindly set up our phones to the car's Bluetooth connection, and explained the navigation system, even putting in our home address for us. All we had to do was say "Go Home" to find our way back to Towson. We got a great car for a very fair price. These people are at the top of their game, and it was a wonderful car buying experience. At closing the finance guy (Dean) made the same statement. At the time of this posting I still do not have a second key or an offer for partial payment. It's important to stand by your word! More

One I liked showed up at Elite, found via TrueCar. I drove out there to look at it, fully expecting to be "hondled" by some slicky salesperson. Ben was straight up, knowledgeable, honest, nice. The car was perfect, and within about 15 minutes they struck a deal that I KNEW was actually BETTER than the deal I could have gotten from any car on Manheim (which then would have had to pass MD inspection, and which this one already had). I will be buying my wife's next car here. The entire experience was so much better than any new (or used) car dealership with which i have ever done business. More
