I saved $500 off sticker. I emailed and called before making the cross county trip to pick it up and together we went over the general condition which was described accurately. When I arrived the car was in nearly certified preowned condition ( I found one 1" scratch in the rear seat leather, one 2" nick near the wipers on the hood likely from the original owner removing ice, and just a few rock chips in the hood and bumper that had been touched up but this was disclosed on the phone). For the savings compared to CPO BMW I would certainly buy again. The car was clean, had a full tank of fuel, had no odors, was polished had been detailed. On the phone, in person, and over email I never felt pressured. A very relaxed atmosphere. Although not needed as my vehicle is still under factory warranty the did included a short term warranty of 50% coverage warranty for parts and labor at no additional charge. More

I get a great deal on the price for a barely used car (2-3y) 2. Cars are as close as you can get to new condition (remember you aren’t buying a new car, you’re buying a 2-3y old/lightly used car in superb condition) 3. Cars are still under warranty (at least the ones I buy) so I’m worry free for another 1-2y. 4. Team is professional and polite all the time, every single one of them. 5. They help me with after sale questions or inquires which saves me a bundle on maintenance and repairs in the 3-4y I own the cars. The last few cars I sold privately (after owning 3-4y) were sold for maximum kbb price (I try to keep them in tip top condition) So really what can be better than this? Sale experience at the dealership was fast and efficient and they were great to work with. Went over the car with me to make sure it was all as expected. Noted the day after taking it home when going through all the dash menus that the service interval had just recently expired (oops, innocent missed item), and so checked back with dealer who apologized profusely and set me up to have the complete maintenance done at the local Smart dealer and covered most of the cost. WOW, that is great customer service. Will definitely recommend them and purchased my next vehicle from them. Also noted while picking up the Smart that they had some really nice high end beauties (Porsche, Mustang Cobra, Mercedes) at really good prices. More

Also, if you like nice cars he has 3 showrooms full off them. It's like a toy store for adults. Best thing is you don't have to go to different dealerships to test drive. It's a one stop shop. More
