I was the more sensible one and just wanted to get a reliable truck and a good deal without the pushy sell man approach. We recently visited EAB and Mr. Shah ad was our first contact, he provided Excellent Customer Service (which is very important to any organization). He was very informative, polite and I can tell he really cares about the customer. I was further surprise to learn that the owner Moshe Bregman, was not only an excellent business man, but he was very fair and gave us a great deal on our BMW X5. He also surprise me when a rude customer tried to interrupt him when he was explaining something to me about my truck, he kindly informed the customer that he will assist him as soon as possible, after he took care of me ( Moshe a gentleman and tentative to his customers). Mr. Eran Yehiam, provided great service with helping me complete the required forms and followed up on warranty questions with additional phone calls to the provider. Mr. Rami Apfeld (Great Technician) walked me and my husband through some of the truck options and he was so patient when he explained some of the technical terms with me. I would personally like to thank everyone at EAB, especially Moshe and Rami, they made this experience streamline and painless. I am a women and I know Great Service when I see it. I recommend this Dealership to anyone and everyone, especially to all women who want to get a fair deal without feeling pressured or taking advantage of. My daughter saw the wonderful truck I purchased at EAB and now she is looking forward to visiting their location in the very near future. I had been looking for a specific make, model and color combination for about a year. After finding out they were DealerRater certified and reading the reviews, I began dealing with Eran to schedule a 3rd party inspection (and was surprised to get it done on Christmas Eve!). We were able to quickly agree on a fair price, and I booked my trip to D.C. Gustavo picked me up at the train station, I met Moshe, and Eran had all the paperwork ready. I took her for a quick test drive and was headed home in luxury in less than an hour. This was the most pleasant car purchase experience I've ever had, and hope to use them again when the need arises. Love my new car. More

Had a really pleasant experience. Purchased a used Mercedes e350 two weeks ago and the buying experience was good. They took the car to a Mercedes dealership for a pre purchase inspection for me (for Mercedes e350 two weeks ago and the buying experience was good. They took the car to a Mercedes dealership for a pre purchase inspection for me (for my own peace of mind), I just had to pay the dealer over the phone. The car came back clean but just needed an oil change and an alignment which Elite took care of. The alignment is still off but I spoke with Elite and I can just come back and have it taken care of with them and the shop that they work with. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family. More

So I have been buying cars since I was 16 and even worked at a MB car dealership for 7 years. Each experience purchasing a car has been a painful one. Whether a pushy salesperson, terrible general manager, p at a MB car dealership for 7 years. Each experience purchasing a car has been a painful one. Whether a pushy salesperson, terrible general manager, pressure tactics, rude and arrogant people, unwillingness to negotiate a fair deal, awful after market warranty tactics...You name it, I have experienced it. Then, I found Elite Auto Brokers and I experienced the best car buying experience ever. I found a vehicle I was interested at their dealership on the internet, I sent an email and I was called back within 15 min. Moshe told me a bit about the car, was very positive and easy to speak with on the phone. We made plans to meet the next day. I drove about an hour to the dealership and when I arrived, Eran met me at the door, showed me the car, and introduced me to Moshi. They let me take the car I was interested in on about an hour test drive. I came back, they had already driven my trade in as well. I sat down with Moshi - we talked for 5 minutes - he gave me a fair deal on a fully loaded Mercedes E class, he gave me a fair trade in for my existing Mercedes C class and we wrapped up the entire deal in about an hour thanks to Nina who did all of the paperwork. They were a dream to work with, had a great inventory, and were incredibly delightful people to do business with....though it's hidden away near the airport in Gaithersburg, MD, I promise you will not be disappointed - their dealership is a true hidden gem. When it's time to trade my E class in, I am headed back to Elite Auto Brokers for sure. More

Coming to the US from Canada (where we had to quickly sell our almost new Mercedes C3004matic as it did not conform to the US specs, yes, that was a shock!), we needed a good, reliable car and we are gla sell our almost new Mercedes C3004matic as it did not conform to the US specs, yes, that was a shock!), we needed a good, reliable car and we are glad we found Elite! We bought a Lexus IS 250 about a month ago from them. Moshe was simply superb. He spent adequate time and provided us the information needed for the decision. He really inspires confidence. On our next visit, we met with Eran and the experience with him was also memorable. They have a wonderful collection of well priced used low mileage cars which they meticulously select.
