With the Service Department closed, Several Sales Reps attempted to help us but nothing worked. However, an additional Sales Rep approached and I recognized him; it was Mouris Haddad who originally handled the lease for us on our 2017 Infiniti QX50 from Infiniti of Montclair. Mouris jumped in, offering his assistance, which came as no surprise. We have witnessed his dedication to Customer Service first-hand. This man covers all bases: professionalism with the utmost courtesy; personable with a sense of humor; knowledge of his product and industry, with an understanding of his client; thorough in his explanations and answers to questions; and a genuine willingness to help people get what they want. During the few minutes he was inside our vehicle offering suggestions regarding the non-responsive audio issue, our mutual conversation turned to another issue, that is, the original lease on our Infiniti was soon to expire. My wife reminded Mouris she had always intended to purchase the vehicle once the lease was up. Mouris offered to review the original lease agreement, if we had the time, and explained how it would be to our advantage to make that re-purchase now. We joined him in his office; he showed us the numbers, which matched what he had told us two years ago, so we completed the process in about 1 1/2 hours, no hassle and no BS. He introduced us to Luis Rodriguez, who effortlessly walked us through the signing of all the documents, and we were on our way. Great Service all around from everyone we dealt with at Infiniti of Ontario. More
