I went to infiniti of ontario and I was very frustrated with my infiniti 2011 car because it was out of warranty and it started to demand some repairs and auto parts, which are very expensive.. and there where I met Jerome who was very polite and cooperative and he was trying his best to assist me to fix my car without costing me a fortune. But instead of fixing the car I asked him if they can take my old car and get me new car with full warranty and hassle free and he told me this would be the best decision to make. And on the spot he introduced me to Mouris Haddad in sales department. This guy is Amazing, honest, proactive, makes you feel like you are part of his family and he went above and beyond his job to help me out and found me the best deal ( car with the features that I needes , best autoloan deal , best APR%, monthly payment that fits my budget, full warranty hassle free car service ...etc ) and he worked very hard for four days and during memorial holiday with his cooperative management team and finance department a long with banks to grant my wish and make it true. They did not pounce on me like vultures ready for fresh meat, like I experienced at other dealerships. Luis helped me on my first day. I had certain specifications I required and he found me a car with requirements right away. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the car and throughout the test drive. He did not pressure me at all to buy the car. I test drove a few other makes that day and went back to Infiniti the following day - precisely because I loved the car and because I wasn't being harrassed into buying the car. When I went back, Luis wasn't available, but Mouris assisted us so we wouldn't have to wait. Mouris was extremely personable and helpful. Unfortunately the car I test drove was in a color I refused to drive. Mouris worked very hard to get me the car with the required features in a color I liked. He had it to the dealership the next day. If not for Mouris going above and beyond my expectations, and Mouris, Luis and Manuel's patience with my bank, I wouldn't have the amazing car I have today. I truly appreciate all of their effort and patience. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More
