Mouris Haddad was the one to help us through the entire process of leasing our new qx60 and I must say cus BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY DEALERSHIP! Mouris Haddad was the one to help us through the entire process of leasing our new qx60 and I must say customer service cannot get better than this! If you want a dealership to lie to you and pretend to be nice to you when they are really just trying to scam you this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for honest straight to the point no BS style experience you need to come to infiniti of ontario! I did not have a very good credit score and on top of that I ended paying almost nothing out of pocket and got the lease of someone with excellent credit! When it came to the price there was no negotiation in the usual way you would expect but trust me this is a great thing! It might seem like you would want to haggle but all those scam dealerships that you have gone to always inflate prices and when it comes to trades it is basically theft. This dealership (specifically Mouris) gave a valuation that was fair and stuck to it. I went to another dealership and they offered a higher valuation than Mouris gave on the phone but when it came down to the actual paperwork they took off almost $7,000! Infiniti of Ontario just said it how it is without adding fluff and BS that would not come to fruition. Long story short... If you are planning to get a new or used car and they have it at this dealership go straight there, you will not regret it! More
