For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to buy my parents a Corvette. I was finally at a point where I could make this a reality and found a good one at this dealership (for reference, I live far out parents a Corvette. I called up and MK became my sales representative for the transaction. He was absolutely fantastic. All throughout the process, he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He took the time to do a full FaceTime walkthrough of the car with me, sent me tons of pictures and videos, addressed any concerns I had, kept me updated consistently through text and phone, etc. The process of buying a car from out of state for someone who does not live in the state you reside turns out to be very very complicated...But MK was there the entire time to answer any questions I had. On top of that, he also shared in the excitement of being able to finally make this a reality for my parents, which just made the experience even better. When the day finally came to pick it up, MK even came in on his day off to get things taken care of and rolling for me! He had the car looking immaculate and helped me through all of the steps to get things finished. I couldn't be more thankful for all of his help. If you are looking to purchase a car, this is a great dealership to go to and MK is definitely the guy you want to ask for! More

I have to say my buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield was great. My sales person "MK" was very professional and informative. One thing that was a negative is how they show the price of the car and then add on additional costs when they write it up. I'm not talking things like fee's, they were additional items the dealer added to the car. This wasn't something in MK's control so it's not a reflection on him but more so on the dealership itself and how they choose show their pricing. More

We bought a used SUV from them. ..it looked really good but wasn't what they hyped it up to be. They don't tell you until it comes down to negotiations that they add an exorbitantly expensive protection package (the littlest bit of plastic film on the edges of the doors and mirrors) and a few other silly things that are not needed or worth it. They even charged us 145.00 for the used all weather floor mats that the previous owner obviously installed. It was my first time buying from a Lexus dealer and I had hoped they would be different than most of the others, but they were not. More
