Our sales representative MK was both professional and courteous during both our test drive and day of purchase. The vehicle we selected was the Lexus NX 350h with the luxury package, It was a model tha courteous during both our test drive and day of purchase. I recently purchased a 2024 RX350h from MK and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had the pleasure of working with Mrinmoy "MK" Khan to buy a used Toyota Highlander. He was responsive, flexible, and understanding of our needs throughout the buying process. Like every car salesman, he buy a used Toyota Highlander. He was responsive, flexible, and understanding of our needs throughout the buying process. Like every car salesman, he offered a variety of dealer options that we were not particularly interested in. What made him pleasant to work with was that once we had declined these options, he was not rude, overly pressing, or dismissive despite our decision, which has not been the case for us in the past with others in the car industry (see below). Overall, we would recommend working with MK anytime you are looking to buy a car as he is knowledgeable and compassionate. We hope to work with him again in the future. We did have a rather negative experience with the financing manager Vanessa Hernandez. She tried offering us a dealer warranty that we were not interested in, and after we declined, she developed quite the attitude. Being visibly upset, pounding away on her keyboard while becoming dismissive was quite the contrast from everyone else we interacted with at the dealership, especially MK. This rudeness carried over to her treatment of MK, which was particularly upsetting given how kind he had been throughout the process even after we declined similar dealer offers with him. It was insulting when we calculated the absolutely ridiculous total cost of this warranty using the numbers she gave us for the monthly rate, she laughed, asserted that we "calculated it wrong", and proceeded to change the numbers to be a lower cost. It is known that dealerships make their money from financing, but a good way to lose customers is to treat them like they are uneducated or unaware of these sales tactics. If not for MK's outstanding customer service, we would have second thoughts about buying from Napleton given her very poor attitude and conniving sales tactics. We would avoid working with Vanessa at all costs. More
