I purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano 8/29/22 it was not as I was told it was. Jim was the salesman, To stop me from purchasing elsewhere, I was told this car was in good shape, I asked him had the car had been was told it was. Jim was the salesman, To stop me from purchasing elsewhere, I was told this car was in good shape, I asked him had the car had been tested and inspected, and he told me, yes, he said they have all the cars looked at by the mechanic before putting them up for sale and wasn't anything wrong with this car. That statement wasn't true. A couple of days later my neighbor asked who hit my car, I was upset and took it to the body shop to find out that was an old dent with blank paint on the metal and it was not easily noticeable. I went to Green Way because I thought Ford Motors would be the last company to sell junk used cars due to their reputation. Boy was I wrong. Their attitudes stink at Greenway Ford. I am paying $20,000 dollars for a car I was told had been checked out by their certified mechanic prior to sale. Problems. I was told at ford place that the dent was on there and it could be seen in their ad on the car, I ask why it wasn't pointed if I didn't see it, and they would not do anything about it, It was hit on the left back side, the right front bumper plastic snaps are broken and when it's driven it pops out, I have to keep pushing it back in, I took it to get hand washed and polished to find out, the whole top of it need painting from sunburn. What else is wrong with my $20,000 dollar car, Is it safe to drive Greenway Ford? Your sales manager told me you said, you paid 2300 dollars for that car and you didn't have not one more dime to spend on it., I was asked to take the car to their body shop at my expense. The black guy said, they sell 500 cars a month and they would be out of business if they fixed every little thing that's wrong with a car. You bought it as is. Well I have bought better cars from (Buy Here Pay Here car lots.) YOU ARE SELLING JUNK AND PROBABLY UNSAFE CARS, "BUYER BEWARE." There is a misfire on cylinder number 4, the power stren fluid was very low. I am paying out of pocket for a full diagnosis to be done, I am afraid, something major might be wrong. So sorry I stopped at Greenway Ford. I just can't see paying 20K for a car and having to spend more to fix what It needs mechanically. More

Terrible customer service, my wife spoke with them several times throughout the day and even double checked availability and let them know we were coming before we left our house. We drove 2hours away several times throughout the day and even double checked availability and let them know we were coming before we left our house. We drove 2hours away on toll roads just to show up and see the vehicle being sold in front of us. When my wife spoke to the manger they said it’s first come first serve they don’t hold vehicles for anyone. So if you live more than a few miles away don’t waste your time with this classic slimy car dealership the vehicle you want maybe sold by the time you get there. More
