We worked with Murray and we can't say enough about how patient he was while we walked their ENTIRE lot, from used to new cars. He got us into the car we really wanted at a price we could afford. We really appreciate all his patience and the time he put into helping us. Never pressuring us or making us feel bad for taking up his time (which we took up a lot of). We will be back for our next car. More

Would go again!! We’ve gone to Murray before to buy a car and he was excellent. We would have been stupid not to go again. Clean, Fast, Friendly Purchased a new truck from Elco. Negotiated my trade in value over the phone and drove 3.5 hours to make the purchase. I had changed my mind enroute a Purchased a new truck from Elco. Negotiated my trade in value over the phone and drove 3.5 hours to make the purchase. I had changed my mind enroute and wanted to explore a second option that they had on their lot. My salesman Murray was pulling my first choice up to the front when I arrived and quickly located my second. Despite the second being more expensive he made it clear that I was under no pressure and no time limit to think about it. I was given keys to both vehicles and told a suggest route for a test drive if I wanted to follow it, but was able to drive around on my own. After deciding I also found that when adding options to my choice that I was not pressured into purchasing. Things were pointed out to me, but on the whole at no point was it pushed. Compared to other dealers I have dealt with this time around it was very much no hassle. The price was the price, there was no back and forth and frankly their price was good which is why I drove so far. More

I first spoke with Robert Clark on the phone at 10am to explain exactly what I was looking for in a truck. We spent about 30-45min going over details, what was in stock and what he could get and do for me and handed all this information that he collected over the phone to Murray Newton at Elco Chevrolet in Ballwin so he could reduce the wait time in getting my vehicle search ready and I was unbelievably IMPRESSED with these two gentleman's professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the vehicle. I am so happy with the level of service we received with Robert and Murray and walked out with my new truck. I started at 10am on the phone, we arrived to the dealership at 4pm and by 7pm, we were going home in a new 2016 Silverado that met my expectations and was EXACTLY what I wanted. Elco Chevrolet has a INCREDIBLE TEAM awaiting you in Ballwin!! Bill in Finance was just as incredible and fast at our paperwork to get us into the truck and back out on the road.
