sales person did not know about the car I was interested in Ionic 5. There was no information booklit. I stood around for about 10 min before I was able to get the attention of any sales person. Their communication was dishonest from start to finish, and I found their tactics to be manipulative and unprofessional. The whole team's approach was shady and underhanded. They wasted my time with deceptive promises and showed a complete lack of integrity in how they handle customers. I've never encountered such a dishonest group of people in a business setting. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership entirely if you're looking for a straightforward, honest car leasing experience.
