The only down side of my visit was during the completion of my purchase. I felt like I was being pressured to purchase a warranty; the gentleman pratically talked down to me because I didn't follow his lead but that aside, my overall experience was phenomenal. Last note, the building is fabulous; the toilet washes your private parts folks, never thought I would receive bidet action...lol, not only that, the restroom appeared to be made of glass. This is a first class facility. I thought I received outstanding service from Cadillac customer service centers but they dont measure up to Porsche! Well done ladies and gentleman More
