At no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase and she Myra Lopez is truly an amazing person which makes her even more amazing as a Sales Person. At no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase and she gave her candid feedback when asked. I have purchased "FOUR NEW" cars from Myra all within the past 5 months (2 in July 2017 and 2 in December 2017) and each time I walked away feeling & knowing that I got the BEST DEAL with no haggle. A month after I purchased both cars in July 2017 Myra called me "JUST BECAUSE" to check up to see if I had any questions or needed help. It just so happened I was having "USER ERROR ISSUES" with syncing my Bluetooth to my phone and loading my music. Not only did Myra walk me through step by step on the phone, she asked if I had time during that week to stop in. I made it there at 8:45pm (15 minutes before they were closing at 9pm); Myra stayed until 9:30pm to ensure I was taken care of. Honestly, any other person would've said come back the next day but that speaks volumes to her dedication towards "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Even though we originally planned to just take a look at the safety features of the new Hondas, we were so impressed by Ms. Lopez's ability to fully explain those features we were hooked. She was not a pushy salesperson and I liked that. She did pull up a list of the available cars and found us the perfect one. She went the extra mile to get us every dollar possible on our trade-in which was a happy surprise. ( Our previous buying experience a few years ago at the same Honda location did not go as smoothly with trade-in although we still bought the car.) She really seemed to try her hardest to please us even though it was a dark, cold and rainy night and she had to walk us around outside to see the cars. I highly recommend her if your want a friendly and competent source of information and service., The finance guy was very helpful also and did not try to force us to buy more extended coverage than needed. The trade in guy was great too.......Overall we LOVE MARTIN HONDA!!!!!!! More
