Before testing driving the car, she went over all the new features and capabilities of the SUV. During the paperwork process, she was easy to talk to and understanding. Myra Lopez was amazing with the salesmanship that she offered me in purchasing my first CR-V, so I couldn't think of going back to anyone else this time. I was extremely happy with the trade-in they offered. Myra took the time to go through all of the electronics, to help us sync our phones, etc. She followed up to see if I had any further questions or concerns. Betty is another gem. She went out of her way to set up a convenient appt to take care of my protection package. In a world where customer service is a dying art, this dealership still knows how to provide excellent customer service! More

Great Teamwork! My financial situation had a few hiccups but both Myra Lopez and Kim Spencer worked with me for almost a month which allowed me to purchase a new HRV! Myra Lopez is truly "AMAZING" Myra Lopez is truly an amazing person which makes her even more amazing as a Sales Person. At no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase and she Myra Lopez is truly an amazing person which makes her even more amazing as a Sales Person. At no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase and she gave her candid feedback when asked. I have purchased "FOUR NEW" cars from Myra all within the past 5 months (2 in July 2017 and 2 in December 2017) and each time I walked away feeling & knowing that I got the BEST DEAL with no haggle. A month after I purchased both cars in July 2017 Myra called me "JUST BECAUSE" to check up to see if I had any questions or needed help. It just so happened I was having "USER ERROR ISSUES" with syncing my Bluetooth to my phone and loading my music. Not only did Myra walk me through step by step on the phone, she asked if I had time during that week to stop in. I made it there at 8:45pm (15 minutes before they were closing at 9pm); Myra stayed until 9:30pm to ensure I was taken care of. Honestly, any other person would've said come back the next day but that speaks volumes to her dedication towards "CUSTOMER SERVICE".
