STAY AWAY! As soon as I said I was interested in a car the experience became xxxx! They tried to tack on extra money at every step. They held my car 10 days AF As soon as I said I was interested in a car the experience became xxxx! They tried to tack on extra money at every step. They held my car 10 days AFTER paying and blamed their “registration person”. When I complained they told me they left a message with her & was waiting to hear back, FOR 4 DAYS!! When I went there in person they told me they were waiting to hear back from her and refused to give me any contact info for her. When I kept calling I tried to reach “Neil” who is listed on their voicemail as their “registration” emp, I left more than 10 messages over 3 days and NEVER heard back. When I called looking for him the horrible employee named Marat said he wasn’t there until noon, then he was “at lunch” and then he had “just left for the day”. And said I could leave a voicemail if I “felt like it”. This is after I left 10+ messages. They told me their “paper work” charge was over $800! They tried to charge me extra for them “having to get me a new plate” after I had been told by insurance that my old plates were fine. PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! More

Coming from out of state 3+ hours I was a little nervous but Marat and others made me feel confident with my purchase. I wish I had gotten a video walk around prior but the pictures were very detailed and but Marat and others made me feel confident with my purchase. I wish I had gotten a video walk around prior but the pictures were very detailed and description was spot on. They lost one star because of some minor quality issues with the vehicle - Mostly stemming from the service department, which i think may be because of their building transition and outsourcing service work. But the sales and admin staff has worked hard to correct this, even from a distance, which I'm very thankful for. Overall, this was a good experience. I love my new Jeep! It was fairly priced and I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys! More

I am so thrilled with my new purchase- BMW X5 M! The car is beautiful and rides amazing! I’m so happy. Excellent dealership, very patient, and helpful! Sold us a great van for our company. We are very happy with our purchase and it’s exactly what we needed. Most dealers trick you and sell you a vehicle full of problems and codes that are erased and don’t show up till after your purchase, it is something we always worry when buying a new vehicle for work but we are glad to say we have had no issues with Our purchase and it’s in great conditions. My experience is nothing shorty of perfect. No haggling. Received same price as listed online. Vehicle was clean and ready for test drive when I went there to test it. Finance was a breeze. After I got home the calculations weren’t adding up as I expected so I reached out to Neil and he patiently explained every single figure to me (very patient man). Went back a few days later to pick up the vehicle and again, it was clean and ready for me with my CT tags on and all. I 100% recommend Bidcars Boston! Oh yeah and let me not forget Derrick, he was very courteous and made the process so seamless with making the appointments for me to come in from the test drive to the vehicle pick up. More

Stay away from this place!! I bought my truck there the end of September I was told by the salesman Chris that the back tires are not that good but will replace them (which I never got) thanks Chris! So I end of September I was told by the salesman Chris that the back tires are not that good but will replace them (which I never got) thanks Chris! So I took my truck to my mechanic so he can go through it and was told that I need spend &1650 on repairing some items one being the transmission lines because they’re rotted and leaking and I was leaking oil along with other things like brakes and rotors so I called and spoke with Neil and he tells me that he’s only liable for anything that doesn’t pass inspection. So I take it to a random mechanic and they also give me a list of most of the same things the first mechanic tells me and I failed inspection because of tint on the windows so I take to there shop so they can remove the tint and see for themselves what the other two mechanics are talking about and Neil tells me that his mechanic sees no rotted lines or leaks and the tires and brakes are fine and refused to take care of any items that 2 other mechanics saw during there inspection. So I buy a truck for $17000 put $5000 down and now have to spend $1650 to fix it! Customer Service is horrible most of these items should of been done before they put the truck on the lot for sale! Spend your money somewhere else! More
