2 days of work lost and counting Bought a Ram Promaster van from this dealer. It is my work vehicle. left the dealership with a tire pressure warning light on, was assured it would t Bought a Ram Promaster van from this dealer. It is my work vehicle. left the dealership with a tire pressure warning light on, was assured it would turn off on the ride home, which it didn't. The first day with the van, loud noises and smoke were coming out from under the hood. A.C. cooling fan was junk. Also on the first day, I noticed the three buttons on the dash were pushed in and wouldn't come out. which meant I had no traction control, hazard lights or window lock control. When I brought this up to the dealer, I was told it was my fault for not noticing it on the test ride. The dealer then told me to take the next day out of work and bring my van to their repair shop, which I did. I go to their repair shop to be informed that they can't work on it, because it is under factory warranty. Go back to the dealership, they call a Ram dealer to make an appointment. Day one of no work. I bring my van to the Ram dealer, they have it all day. Day two no work. Ram dealer informs me, A.C. cooling fan is junk, radiator is junk, three switches on dash are junk and tire pressures in all four tires were wrong, triggering the tire pressure light. So now waiting for parts and repairs to be made. When I called Bidcars, not even 24 hours after they took my money, they basically told me they had no concern because it was under factory warranty and that I should be patient, because it will be fixed whenever the Ram dealer is done with. This vehicle is how I make my living. Tomorrow will be day three with no paycheck, thanks to buying a vehicle that should have never been allowed to leave the lot with the issues it has. Chris did manage to get me an appointment quickly at the Ram dealer, but that doesn't make up for the other issues and loss of income. Now its been three weeks and I had to argue with them just to get my registration. They insisted they sent it to me, but after they argued with me, they found out that they never sent it. Finally got an email copy almost four weeks after the purchase. More
