Very accommodating! I had a later appointment scheduled for service. When it became urgent the service team at Rusnak was able to move it up and took good care and comple I had a later appointment scheduled for service. Listens to why I brought the car in for service along with some clarification with some of the work to be performed. He met me in the service lane when I showed up and when I returned to pick up the car. That shows care for the customer. Also, your Product Specialist, Jamie knows her work and is a great asset to Rusnak Volvo. Whenever I show up for service I always drop buy to say hello. If I have a problem with some portion of the navigation system, she solves in a few minutes. More

I brought my car in for a scheduled 60K maintenance and needed my f from the initial contact with Sue, assessment with Na'eem, followup with Na'eem. I brought my car in for a scheduled 60K maintenance and needed my front windshield replaced as I had discovered a crack earlier in the week. The team was able to tackle my service and windshield replacement along with recalled service items in one visit. More
