Na’eem went above and beyond my expectations. From our introduction through the end of the service I felt cared for and taken care of as a customer. There was a recall on my vehicle that I had not taken i introduction through the end of the service I felt cared for and taken care of as a customer. There was a recall on my vehicle that I had not taken into time consideration and Na’eem made sure I had a vehicle ready to go. I was arriving late after service was closing for pick up and he made sure I would have my vehicle no problem upon return. Dealing with cold metal vehicles it is nice to be taken care of but such a warm person. This is why I drive a Volvo. More

Rusnak Volvo has been a fantastic experience for the entire 3 years I’ve had my Volvo. Na’am Adams in particular, who I’ve had the most interaction with, has been wonderful. Service advisor, Na'eem, is great. But issues are not being fixed. My car had one issue and it took two separate tries for the service dept to fix that problem. Even then, when Na'eem and I checked to ma being fixed. My car had one issue and it took two separate tries for the service dept to fix that problem. Even then, when Na'eem and I checked to make sure it was fixed, it still didn't work right the first time, but then seemed like it was ok after that. So it's possible it's still not fixed. Then the service dept caused a new problem during the first service and said it was fixed after the second service, but it isn't. So now I have to take the car in for a third time. And because they do not offer loaners, it makes the situation much worse. More

Haven’t had car serviced for well over a year due to quarantine and I was pleased that nothing was lacking from the service experience. Everything was distanced and sanitized.
