Oil Leak - quickly diagnosed and repaired Discovered an oil puddle beneath our 2016 XC60. Needless to say, NOT a good thing. Emailed Na'Em Adams, our regular service writer, and sent him a p Discovered an oil puddle beneath our 2016 XC60. Needless to say, NOT a good thing. Emailed Na'Em Adams, our regular service writer, and sent him a photo of the puddle as well as a paper towel showing the color and hue of the offending liquid. Na'em was waiting for me when I arrived and made sure the shuttle ride home as requested, was available. The problem turned out to be a cracked drain plug washer [perhaps the best oil leak problem one can have] and that was quickly repaired, the oil refilled and problem solved. Cannot ask for more than that. Got a phone call from Na'em explaining the repair and was able to pick up the car that afternoon. Almost too easy. Almost. More

Great salesman Anderson Lai is great salesman. He is very friendly and very helpful to show us the Volvo XC90. We weren’t even planning to buy on that day. However Anderson Lai is great salesman. He is very friendly and very helpful to show us the Volvo XC90. We weren’t even planning to buy on that day. However he made everything so easy for the process and asked manager to help us as well. Later on, he also showed us how to use the navigation system inside the car, even went above beyond to help me some questions thru personal text. Great service. Thank you Anderson! More
