DIGREGD responded

Lack of follow up from the Service Center for items owed on the new car has caused the lower rate. I've had to contact the Service Center twice, each time I'm told she will look into my issue and call me back the same day. I have yet to receive a call back from Service. And the items are still outstanding. There needs to be a better handoff from the Sales team to Service team to the customer. They made the selling of the car an extremely easy process, this part shouldn't be any harder, yet it is.
