He was so friendly and helpful on the phone, that we made the drive over from Santa Cruz to see if we could find a car. On the following Saturday (after our purchase on Wednesday) I had to come in to purchase a second key fob and programming, and Phil in service made me feel like I was dealing with a buddy, rather than just a service writer. And Fawad in finance made the transaction easy and explained everything really well. All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience. More
