I was very impressed with Toyota of Naperville. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and they had a good selection of vehicles. I thought the buying process went well and each of the differen employees were friendly and knowledgeable and they had a good selection of vehicles. I thought the buying process went well and each of the different employees that I dealt with knew what they were doing. The dealership itself is very nice as well. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone I know who is in the market for a car. More

This is the second car we purchased from Toyota of Naperville, facilitated by the same customer service representative, Nadeem Mirza, and finance manager, Suha Oner. If you want to buy a great car Naperville, facilitated by the same customer service representative, Nadeem Mirza, and finance manager, Suha Oner. If you want to buy a great car at a great price and have an equally great experience while doing it, you cannot go wrong with the team at Toyota of Naperville. We we impressed from start to finish by the dealership's presentation (beautiful building), selection, and the fast and thoroughly professional buying experience from sales, through finance, and delivery. They go out of their way to make you feel at all times like you are in the driver's seat (pun intended). At no point do they subject you to some of the "classic" dealership tactics such as the waiting game, baiting, or pressure capitalizing on your need to purchase. During our most recent experience, we walked in and were driving out in our new Camry in about two hours, flat. Perhaps most impressive is that our two purchases were made under two different personal financial circumstances separated by two years, one better than the other. This made little difference to the team at Toyota of Naperville (at least from the customer's perspective): these guys will still go to bat for you all out and, if there is a way to make the deal happen in a way that works for you, they *will* get it done. It's also worth mentioning that they have one of the most comfortable, integrated, and well-appointed vehicle service facilities; the drive-in bay is so spacious it feels like a small aircraft hangar. We have also had nothing but a first-rate experience from every service engagement. Bottom line: they have earned our business and respect as customers for life, and deservedly so. More

I purchased a used car here and after just a couple of miles I noticed the smell of something burning so I took it to a shop to get it checked out and it has over $2000 worth of repairs that need done. The smell was coming from a patch job on the muffler that the shop I took it to said could actually be unsafe. The items that were wrong with the car were not difficult to discover so I would have hoped that they would have caught these during their inspection. To update this review, Bryan from the dealer did contact me and the dealer did take care of a small part of the needed repairs. Bryan was very easy to deal with and very professional in dealing with my issues. Even though I was not pleased with the issues of the vehicle I did buy the car "as is". Any time you are buying a used car I would recommend having someone other than the dealer check it out prior to purchasing. I did find Bryan and Nadeem very easy to work with and actually enjoyed the purchasing process; my issues are more with their service department and their pre-check process on used vehicles. More

I have trouble with my camry 2012 and wanted to trade it. I bought camry from same dealership. Mr. Mirza was very helpful. Toyota GM Mr. Pat was considerate and helpful. Salesman, Nadeem MIrza was professional and focused on what I wanted to buy. For the car we were interested in, explaination and demonstration of equipment by Nadeem showed the value and safety of the ne what I wanted to buy. Nadeem provided cars that my wife and I were interested in and then we had a chance to make our selection from the cars presented. Nice to be able to see (real examples and not pictures) and select from more than one car. After our selection and final pricing, my wife and I felt like we were given a satisfactory deal and we were completely happy with the whole transaction and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Reviewing warranty, service, and optional service/equipment was done in a professional manner by the appropriate people and in a minimal time frame. The purchase was made and we were on our way with a great feeling and a beautiful XLE camry car. This was my first experience at Toyota of Naperville and I would definitely recommend this dealership as the place to purchase a Toyota car and of course, ask for Nadeem Mirza. More

The first person I talked to was Thea, over the phone, and she was able to give me a price based on what I had seen on the internet. then I worked with Nadeem once I went to the dealership. I wasn't sure which size car I was interested in, but Nadeem was extremely helpful in explaining differences between the cars, as well as informing me of the various advantages of buying a Toyota.hybrid vs another brand. He was also very helpful once we came back and had made the decision to purchase the car. He spent a lot of time making sure that I understood how things worked on the car, even setting up my smart phone for various apps. It seemed like the "paperwork" time took too long, but I guess that's the way it is. John Roncone was great in explaining the benefits of the different warranties and we ended up purchasing an extension. I do feel that we might have gotten a better price somewhere else, since I've been getting numerous phone calls about reductions on cars we inquired about. I wish and felt that Mike could have done a little better, especially since another similar car was listed for $500 more but both had the same negotiated price. Since my son had taken my car to school, I was in a hurry to get another one, but In the future will probably take more time and shop around more. More
