I purchased my 2013 Kia Sportage new when it was performance Kia and had all my service done there, when the dealership.changed hands all my service records disappeared. I had recent recall service at the current dealership and it was great, however they did try up upsell me a couple of services that my car did not need. More

Super courtesy and helpful! Provided a lyft back to my home and back to dealership after work was done, which was super convenient. I was told my car would be finished in 2. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I waited another 30 minutes and went to inquire about my car. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I waited another 30 minutes and went to inquire about my car. I was told it was in line to be washed and vacuumed and would be another 30 minutes. I told them to skip the wash as I had already been there 3.5 hours. More

It was my first service since I bought the Sorento back in November of 2024 so I was not sure what I should do when I get to the service center. Nadia took great care of me. A nice surprise is that Nadia told me that KIA offered free Lyft rides help people get to and from places they want to go while waiting for the services done. Highly satisfies customer here. More
