👍 The service department is like being between a rock and a hard place. The Rock is the customer who is supposed to always be right. Unfortunately, the service department has to play within the rules tha and a hard place. The Rock is the customer who is supposed to always be right. Unfortunately, the service department has to play within the rules that the manufacturer sets. This makes it very challenging at times in the perception of the customer to be taken care of them. I appreciate their position and Kia of Everett does a great job of taking care of their customers within the confines of the rules.
