Buying a new car I’ve come to this couple years ago before but my RAV4. And this time came to buy car for my wife which was hatchback but Naim showed us the C-HR for I’ve come to this couple years ago before but my RAV4. Good deal, but way too time consuming I went in on a Friday evening, test drove, negotiated the deal, signed the contract, paid the down payment and completed all necessary paperwork but n I went in on a Friday evening, test drove, negotiated the deal, signed the contract, paid the down payment and completed all necessary paperwork but needed to pick the car up the next day. This was due to the fact that the car had just come off the truck that day and had not been programmed. Friday’s experience start to finish was 4.5 hours. In addition to that my salesman was just average. Barely made eye contact, didn’t seem to knowledgeable about the vehicle, it’s features or it’s capabilities. It was a bit disappointing. I was told the car would be programmed, given a check and detailed and ready for pickup by 12 noon the next day. That wasn’t exactly the case. I called about 9 am to confirm the car would be ready at 12, got there right at 12, the salesman was nowhere to be found. Paged 3-4 times and still nowhere to be found. The car wasn’t ready. So I waited another hour and 45 minutes just to drive a car I’d already purchased off the lot. The car wasn’t detailed, most mats weren’t put down and there is sticky residue on some of the windows from where pricing and information decals were posted. In total I spent about 6.5 hours over two days just to get this car. That’s by far the longest I’ve ever spent in a dealership. The service from my salesman was just okay. The two aspects that really override all of that are that deal was solid and dealing with Tyler in finance was so enjoyable. Other than that everything was just okay. More
