I dealt with Naim. He was very helpful. The service department completed today a full wheel alignment, mounted and balanced 4 summer tires, performed a multipoint ins He was very helpful. The service department completed today a full wheel alignment, mounted and balanced 4 summer tires, performed a multipoint inspection, and installed 2 new license plates. Great service at a very reasonable price. Scheduled my next appointment for this July. More

Love how easy it is to get maintenance done on the Camry. The staff checking you in are all great. I’ve been helped by William W. twice. Outstanding customer service. I cane back after a few weeks to have my tire lug nuts torqued and Alan got the job done! I had a question about something that was done at the last service, which he quickly and thoroughly explained. Good work all around. More

Purchase of the vehicle was fine. Service Dept needs a lot of work. It took 4 visits to fix roof trim piece that was pointed out at first service after purchase. Should have been q Service Dept needs a lot of work. It took 4 visits to fix roof trim piece that was pointed out at first service after purchase. Should have been quickly repaired under warrantee. Had 5k service 1.5 weeks before last service, maintenance message left active, told my oil filter plastic was broke and had to be replaced. Told they would let me know when the trim fix clip comes in. 3-4 days later scheduled return to fix roof trim, and clean and lubricate brakes($305 service) At last service was told by service rep, brakes service work was $305, roof trim clip minor cost likely done under warranty. Car service completed, service rep attempted to charge me $505. I immediately objected, a small trim clip should not cost $200, let alone should I be charged given I have telling service dept every time I came in since 5k odometer telling service dept about this. Finally at 39k miles service rep is telling me this was not under warrantee. Service rep consulted with other work colleagues and dropped the charge under warranted. I left the dealership, I read the service report all fluids topped off and checked. Next day I used the washer fluid, first shot of fluid, Washer fluid message indicates low requiring to refill. Washer fluid reservoir was so empty it required a whole jug of washer fluid. I don’t trust the quality of the work, or the cost is competitive. Not a happy customer at all. More
