Our salesman “Q” has a remarkable memory of so many cars that are on the lot, very knowledgeable about each brand and was super helpful and patient as we looked at no joke like 15 cars and SUV’s.. shopping experience is never any pressure, no ridiculous surprise dealer add ons once you get to finance, (besides warranty which is expected) if you are looking for a luxury car at a reasonable price I would recommend checking them out before purchasing elsewhere.. I was nervous to purchase a car out of state, The policies for this dealer made it very easy for me. Que was awesome, he even picked us up at the airport. I did not feel any pressure to buy and I did policies for this dealer made it very easy for me. Que was awesome, he even picked us up at the airport. I did not feel any pressure to buy and I did not feel any pressure from Sara going over the paperwork with the warranty etc. Sara did a great job explaining the registration process and the taxes to me. If you need a preowned high end car I highly recommend this dealership and working with Que. I was also worried it was going to be a rinky-dink used car dealership but that’s not the case, they traditionally have about 500 cars with the current pandemic they’re down to 200. I found just what I wanted with all the boxes checked here after looking all over Southern California. I had the option to ship the car paying $400 and they would pay for shipping back if I did not like it. My husband and I decided to fly to Arizona because I had to see it in person and I was very impressed with their overall operation. Ended up driving a car home back to San Diego and loved my new ride! More
