Silly dealer fees for bad ceramic coating and tint that was so light I’m not even sure you can call it that. I had a prequal and was still there over 5 hours. The most hilarious thing is they only put half a tank of gas. 😂😂. I get times are tough, but if you spend 70k+ on a vehicle, you expect a full tank. Even Kia and Hyundai dealers give you a full tank of gas. Also, the car is brand new and didn’t have any books and only one key. Que went above and beyond to order and mail a new OEM book which was insanely cool. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there the day I picked up the car and when I was there in person, their response was simply that the car didn’t come with it and they weren’t budging on buying and providing it. So all in all, Que was amazing and dealership itself was meh/neutral. More

When I called to inquire about the BMW i8, I was actually calling about the Roadster not the Coupe but Question pointed ou Certified Benz and Beemer. Que, pronounce “Q”, was outstanding. I asked questions about the technology in the car and not only did he take time to explain it to me he asked if he could send me a video showing the options. To my surprise it wasn’t a generic video, he made one specifically to me, for me, about the questions I had. This is above and beyond the level of customer service I could expect. From that point on, I knew if I was to purchase something it would be from Que. When I went to the dealership not only did Que listen to my needs, he showed me a variety of cars and to my surprise, the i8 Coupe met my needs and style more than the Roadster. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Every single person there was attentive and extremely nice and knowledgeable. I love my purchase.
