Ok, I've had 35 years of building high performance teams and organizations where customer service was integral to profitability and success. The entire CBB team, from transportation, sales, to management and finance, was a dream, seamless, comfortable, totally relaxing and just a joy to do business. They were able to successfully balance the business of selling with the buyer's emotional perspective of purchasing. This transaction was achieved from Honolulu, HI. I don't think the whole shipping thing took more than 30 minutes. There were five TTS Roasters available in the U.S. I only wanted white with a black top, plus a TTS version. The vehicle arrived at port in one day. PASHA, the Hawaii from Mainland shipper, was in communications with the CBB's trucker from the get to. Nothing could fall between the cracks. Que, even sent me a vMarket Report comparing their prices nationally. I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture. This is a classy, friendly, family-like, operation. Because of their broad selection of high quality, desirable vehicles, this will be the last and only dealership I will purchase from this point on. I've trained dealership performance for Porsche, Chevrolet, and Jeep and Certified Benz and Beemer are the best of the best. Que did a fantastic job. I was pretty specific in the vehicle I wanted and the condition.
