No follow up on the issue for the M4 passenger side door leak. Was promised that the issue would be taken care of, only to later find out BMW is refusing to fix the problem. Silver stone Leather also starte leak. Was promised that the issue would be taken care of, only to later find out BMW is refusing to fix the problem. Had a great experience buying a used Benz GLK350 from CBB. Tyler Wood was honest, professional and did not pressure me at all. He also made the transaction quick due to my time schedule. Unlike my first visit, which left me hesitant to come back. Q. almost lost me as a customer. I felt dismissed, not taken seriously and like I wasn't a serious customer. But Tim turned it around and left me fully confident that this was a good choice in purchasing this particular vehicle. He understands that you can't judge a book by its cover.
