Effortless and Quick! 5-Star rating for everyone I had the chance to work with at the dealer! First time calling the dealer and Janet was very pleasant to talk to! For being a first time buyer, I’m glad I had met Que as he was my salesman and was able to inform me on things I needed and had to know , rather than trying to add to my total car cost/persuading me into unnecessary options. The day before I bought the car, I test drove it with Que and he had said he’d be off the day of my purchase. He came in on his day off to help see this through for me. My other dealership salesman did not during his days off. I purchased the car partly because of the dealership and the people working there. During financing, Travis was also right on point with showing me the factual comparison between all warranty differences along with helping me and my interest rate. I came back in the following day to say thanks and pick up my other car just to be greeted with a bottle of cold water on this 114 degree day, by Justin ( I believe) who I didn’t really work with the day before. Awesome experience, would highly recommend! More
